ItsInTheMail's launches its new look. The new site combines the 'Mail Room' , now you will be able to access all your email needs under one address. We have increased the sites footprint to 920 pixels, this will give you more room to design in the H-MAIL Console Editor. Also the introduction of our new graphs in the stats and report section will greatly enhance your understanding of the sends and other related results. Our new Help and Reference manual is not far behind. I will email all when its been finally proofed and ready to upload.

ItsInTheMail over the next 6 weeks or so will introduce a whole new look and feel. This along side the introduction of SMS will give even more power to our users to stay in touch, keep tuned...

Its now posable to choose a different character set when creating new newsletters. Go to 'Profile and Settings', 'Settings'. The default is (iso-8859-1). If you choose a new character set for a Newsletters don't forget to save your settings, click 'Save' bottom of the page.

In Profile and Settings, 'Settings' you can now turn on 'One Click Un-subscribe'. This means that when a recipient of your mailing list ops-out it can be a one step procedure. A the moment when a subscriber un-subscribes a pop-up opens for them to confirm. If you have the 'Auto Reply' activated they will still receive confirmation of there opt-out.

In the H-MAIL Console Editor you will now see a new button next to the 'Link to another Newsletter'. You can now place an 'Un-Subscribe' along with 'Forward to a friend' anywhere you choose. Click on the button and a pop up will appear, follow the prompts. A red BackGround color will be visable after saving, this is just a visual alert that a link request exists when mailed.

A new release of our manual has been uploaded. Version 1.50 is now avalable to download here. More upgrades are coming soon. The new Excel option has been activated, now you can upload direct form Excel, remember to place the corect name of the sheet you want to upload. Default is 'sheet1', 'sheet2' etc. Sheet name is visable bottom of the page.
